If a piece does not fit or arrive as expected, we will help you exchange or return it. We keep the process simple, private, and fair.

Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Size or color exchange is free on unused eligible items.
Returns are packed and processed with the same discreet care.
Most unused items can be returned or exchanged if they are in original condition, with tags and hygiene liner still in place.
For hygiene and safety, some items cannot go back into stock after use.
Open your account dashboard or email femalebazaar06@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number, product name, and a clear photo if the item is damaged.
Our team will confirm pickup or the return address. Please pack the item in discreet packaging, just as you received it.
Once we receive and check the item, approved refunds are started within 3 to 5 working days.
If you need another size or color, we will send the replacement after the first item is received, or in the same movement when stock allows. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the extra.
We reply within 24 hours on working days.
