We deliver to cities and most towns across Pakistan.
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
The box does not mention lingerie or product names.
Orders are usually packed within 1 working day. Courier timing then depends on your city.
Standard shipping is charged at checkout. If your order reaches the free-shipping amount shown on the site, delivery becomes free. Coupons that include free shipping also remove the delivery fee.
Cash on Delivery and bank transfer may show different totals if a bank discount is applied. The amount on checkout is the amount you pay.
We ship with trusted Pakistan couriers such as Leopard and TCS when those services are turned on. After dispatch, you receive a tracking number on WhatsApp or email. Please keep your phone on so the rider can reach you.
If nobody is available, the courier usually tries again. Please share a complete address, nearby landmark, and an active number. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or repeated failed attempts, extra shipping may apply on the next send.
